As Associate Provost for Strategy and Administration, Aileen drives the sustainable implementation of strategic initiatives, oversees institutional policy and Provost's office operations, manages communications, and supports academic compliance, space planning, human resources.

Aileen has provided strategic leadership and operational support for senior leaders at Dartmouth for more than a decade, serving in the Office of the Provost under multiple Dartmouth Presidents and Provosts. Aileen also played a key role in advancing initiatives at the Dartmouth Center for Health Care Delivery Science, including supporting its integration into the Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice.
